Navigating Unhealthy Relationships
This is a 12 week online group focusing on education, support, and learning new tools to navigate an existing or past toxic/abusive relationship. I share the dynamics & root causes of toxic relationship patterns, validation of symptoms, understanding the psychodynamics of toxic behaviors, understanding how we got here, navigating life while still living in it, rebuilding life after its over, & beginning the road of healing/restoration. This is a support and recovery group taught from a biblical perspective. The group is 2-1/2 hr long and meets online weekly.
Fee per group session is $40.00. You don not need to be an active client of mine to be part of this group. It is open to adults, teens, and professionals who work in professions where toxic relationships occur. I offer a discounted rate for sessions if you want to combine the group work with individual sessions during this 12 week period.
